October 2006 – The first live MasterHeart meeting was launched in Del Mar, California, with twelve members meeting every two weeks for nine months.

 

The Process – The process of MasterHeart is to hold physical meetings that are gender balanced to develop a community of extended family while taking a journey of self-discovery.

During the meetings, which can be weekly, bi-weekly, or sometimes monthly, each MasterHeart circle supports one another to build trust through trust-building exercises with a safe structure to be yourself with a spirit of play and fun. Always with open, transparent & heart-centered communication & listening. Typically there will be about 8-14 individuals. Although, there have been some circles of as few as two and as many as twenty two. Each MasterHeart circle is unique and has a life of its own.

With this trust & the power of the many, focusing on their positive heart-centered intentions, miracles can happen. A space for goal setting & achieving is provided with the loving support of your MasterHeart circle and the aid to navigate any challenges along the way. The intention is self-discovery and co-creating a positive life you desire for yourself, your family, loved ones, the community, and the planet.

MasterHeart also intends to create a space for discovering and learning more about the opposite sex. Each circle is gender balanced & can be a bridge between the sexes to deepen the trust between men & women through the trust nurturing, supportive & caring relationships built through the journey of sharing a heart-centered circle.

The Science - The Institute of Heart Math explains the importance of the heart and mind connection to create heart coherence. When we are in coherence we can heighten our intuition, creativity, and overall well-being. When we combine our heart coherence with others in heart coherence we can accelerate and magnify these benefits with everyone participating.
